History

Henry French opened French Village Boulangerie & Patisserie in 1981 in Stranmillis Village.

Wholesale

After years of success as a home bakery, Henry and son Ashley branched in to Wholesale supplying hand crafted breads, pastries and desserts to cafés, restaurants, hotels and food retailers. In 2007 Henry retired and passed the rolling pin to his son Ashley. With Ashley’s passion and enthusiasm business rocketed. In 2014 production moved to a purpose built bakehouse in East Belfast.
