We use real butter to give it a creamy and intense flavour along with a load of vinegar which helps to add a sharpness that our fans are obsessed with. The chillies used in the sauce were carefully aged for a minimum of 2-months which explains the complex flavours you'll taste. This sauce packs a punch – slather on fried chicken and serve with fries and slaw. It's the ultimate wings sauce.
