Blackfire is an artisanal food producer and chilli pepper grower based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. They supply award winning restaurants and delicatessens with their range of unique recipe hot sauces including the hottest sauce in Ireland. All of their products are gluten free and allergen free as well was being free from added sugar and salt. Their preservative is apple cider vinegar made from Armagh Bramley Apples which has PGI protected geographical status. Their dulse comes from the north coast of Antrim, their wild garlic comes from Black Mountain that overlooks Belfast and their Rose Petals are from right at Blackfire HQ. Just as they don't compromise on ingredients they certainly don't compromise on flavour which is the starting point for them when developing a new sauce, each off which is inspired by the city of Belfast itself.
