
Sweet cured pork belly on a buttermilk waffle with sriracha & mustard maple syrup. Please note: We sell this with out eggs - just add a pack of Springmount free range eggs to your order if you'd like to have this with eggs.
Cooking Instructions:
Pre Heat Oven to 180. With a frying pan on a medium heat add a tablespoon of oil and fry the pork belly slices for about 3 mins on each side until golden in colour. Meanwhile heat the waffle on a baking tray to warm through in the oven for 4-5mins. Serve with fried egg, sriracha sauce & mustard maple syrup.

There is a minimum order of £20 for delivery.
