With a pinch of salt flakes hand-harvested from the Wild Irish Atlantic and a drop of golden syrup, this Irish Digestive gives a hint of salted caramel on the finish. Fabulous with blue cheese or topped with sour cream and chives. We love ours topped with sour cream and freshly chopped chives.
