Garlic is fermented for two weeks to caramelise it and then added to Abernethys rich creamy butter, giving a subtle sweetness. It’s great on everything.
Allison and Will Abernethy inherited their butter making skills from previous family generations and in 2005 decided to turn their hobby into a business. Initially going to local agricultural and vintage shows to demonstrate how cream is churned and turned into butter, they soon realised there was a demand for their product. Starting off in Northern Ireland, they now supply many prestigious shops and restaurants throughout the UK and beyond.

We will be out delivering to BT1 - BT18, BT27 & BT37 completely free and zero contact.
There is a minimum order of £15 for delivery.
Collections available Monday, Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 9am - 2pm at Montgomery Road and on Saturdays from 9am - 2pm at Lisburn Road
There is no minimum order for collection.
All collections must be paid in full.
